Where to get .Net Framework 4.5.2 Language packs ?

Hi

I would like to download standalone language packs for .NET Framework 4.5.2.

I tried to download them from Microsoft's official page, but it requires that .NET Framework of that language must be installed on the machine.

Its not practical to install .NET Framework of every language.

I searched a lot on Microsoft's website but was not able to download them as standalone files.

Does this download available from installshield ?
