CreateDir Function failed to create directory on Virtual Machine

Hi There,

I have a installshield set-up which creates a directory in particular location. When I run the set-up on the clean physical machine, then the create directory function works fine but when I run the same set-up on the Virtual Machine, then the CreateDir Function doesn't seems to be working when i test the installer. I am using Oracle Virtual Machine Manager for testing the installer.

Does anyone has the idea why its unable to create the directory on the virtual machine?

Any help will be appreciated.
