install the certificate for specific login user account

Hi,

Using the below command we can install the certificate under Current User - Trusedpublisher

CertMgr.exe /add CertificateFileName.cer /s /r CurrentUser trustedpublisher

Problem;I need to install the certificate(.cer) for specific login user account using installshield.

Whether we can pass the speicific user as an argument to the above command;

Any idea?
