How to get other App version on MAC OSX?

I want to add a rule that can detect other application version on MAC, for example /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AD4ServiceManager/AD4ServiceManager.app.

And if that version is older than the specified version, it will pop up error dialog and cancel installation.
