Chained MSI does not uninstall.

I'm using Basic MSI and along with files I'm installing, I'm chaining an MSI (Driver pack). It installs fine but the uninstaller does not uninstall the chained msi (it uninstalls everything else). I've tried to create a feature and associate the chained msi with that feature so the user can specify whether to install the msi or not (using &SUB20_USB_Driver > 2 for the install condition and &SUB20_USB_Driver < 3 for the removal condition), but that still does not work. Any ideas?
