I have InstallShield 2011 Pro installed on a computer that is quickly dying, but I was able to back up the entire hard drive before it finally gave up the ghost. This old computer has 32-bit Windows 7 SP1 computer, but my new one has 64-bit Windows 7 SP1. I installed IS 2011 Pro on the new computer and successfully transferred the license to the new computer.
However, when I attempt to create an install, I get numerous messages indicating that the program is looking for the (x86) folder. Is there a way to have IS 2011 Pro move / change / rename the old files /folder to the new ones for a 64-bit computer?
Thanks,
