Applying new/updated transform through reinstall?

Hello all

I have a situation where I have an installation where I created a transform for a 3. party MSI.
All that I added in the transform was a customer specific shortcut.

The MSI+MST has already been distributed to the end-users.

Now I need to change an argument in that one shortcut.

Is it possible to do this without having to uninstall the product first and then install the MSI Again with a new transform?
