FlexNet License Manager service is unable to start.

Hi,

We are working on a project which is consuming FlexNet C# toolkit and FlexNet operations webservices.

When try to execute the Initialize() method, it is giving a exception "The licensing service is not installed.".

Now we have installed FlexNet Licensing Manager service successfully but it is unable to start with the following errors in the log file.
