merge modules

I have the folowing merge modules in installshield 2013 Expresss:

mci32.msm
comct232.msm
picclp32.msm
comct232.msm
tabctl32.msm
mscomctl.msm
cmctl32.msm
comdlg32.msm
msinet.msm

After BUILD INSTALLATIONS i receive in the task description for all these mergemodules the error -4072

If itry to open these modules in the explorer i receive a messagbox:

InstallShield cannot open C:\program Files\commn Files\Merge Modules\comct232.msm.
