how to provide users with options of different features to install and how to install

Please somebody provide step-by-step instructions on how to:

present users with three options which they can select to install.

Once they select the features to install, how to instruct Install-shield to only install these features.

The feature to install can just be a folder to be copied or not, configure IIS, etc.
