Create a project tree.

Hi all,
I want to create a setup file using following requirement:

Flow of installation should show
splash screen for a few seconds
dialog to select components to install with check box or radio buttons that include
Dashboard Website
Reports Website
Database components
Integration components
Web services
All the items should be selected by default. only when unselected, will they not be installed.

Please guide me how to implement this?
