Repackager not building correctly: fail to include files & registry on Win7 64bit

On a Windows 7 64bit machine repackager captures all the settings correctly (files & registry entries). yet when building the .ism and/or .msi all the files and registry entries are omitted. Windows XP is unaffected.
Any ideas?
