extract msp file from Update.exe?

Hello,

how can i extract the msp file (and possibly other stuffed packed in...) from an MSI Update.exe? The /extract_all option is intended to work only for InstallScript projects AFAIK, and for an MSI patch update.exe it gives strange error messages.
