modify SetupProgress dialog to show verbiage only during a "repair"

IS 2013 professional.
Basic MSI

I want the verbiage "Repairing the application" to appear in the banner of the SetupProgress dialog.


For installs, the default condition for DlgTitle: Show Progress Type1 ="installing"
For removal, the default condition for DlgTitle2: Show Progress Type1 ="Uninstalling"

So, I created a "DlgTitle3" with the verbiage: "Repairing the application"

But, I can't seem to find the correct condition.
I have tried both Show Progress Type1 ="installed" and Show Progress Type1 ="Repairing".

Both result in a blank banner during repair instead of "Repairing the application".

Anyone have ideas as to what condition might work for me ?
