My SETUP created a folder that has no contents

I have a multi-project solution that I'm trying to create an install package for just a single project in that solution.

I followed a video online - did what I thought it said to do... Did all that through the wizard steps...

Now I go to the FILES (SETUP) and see that I have one output in the DESTINATION COMPUTER'S FILES.

How does this screen actually work?
