Our installer is builded with InstallShield 2013.
By the test , we found it cannot install on the OS which installed kaspersky. when i closed the kaspersky, all of is ok.
The error occurred in the beginning of the extract stage, this time has not yet started into the script process, so i guess it is nothing with my script.
PS: It's ok on windows7 which installed kaspersky, but failed on XPSP3 which installed kaspersky.
Is any one with same problem?
