Help withCopy Registry keys ( RegDBCopyKeys Not working)

I'm trying to copy some registry keys from a location A to location B using RegDBCopyKeys.
I'm getting the value for RegDBCopyKeys as 0 which is a non -negative and hence expecting the files to be copied.
