ISSetup.dll crash

I could see the Install shield crash error in the eventvwr but the installation didn't show any error message during installation. After installation some of the installed components are not working. I've attached the logs from windows eventvwr.

Did any one experienced this before. Can you please suggest me what could be wrong. This is IS 2010 InstallScript project.
